Aclárase el artículo 4° del Decreto número 717, de fecha 7 de los corrientes, en el sentido de hacer constar que al señor Pedro J. Barreto se le reconoce derecho a sueldo como Guarda del servicio de conducción de correos de Bogotá a Buenaventura, desde el 16 de abril último, hasta el día en que tome posesión del puesto, y no desde el 16 de los corrientes, como en aquél se dijo.
