Multa. Consiste en la obligación de pagar en favor de la entidad que sanciona (Ministerio de Minas y Energía o Alcaldía según sea el caso) una cantidad no superior a diez (10) salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes a la fecha en que se cometa la infracción. Se impondrá multa siempre que el hecho no constituya una infracción que, a juicio del ente que sanciona, sea susceptible de suspensión o cancelación.
