El diez por ciento (10 por 100) señalado como remuneración á los Síndicos de Lazaretos, ó el cinco por ciento (5 por 100) á sus Agentes, por el Articulo 1° del Decreto Ejecutivo número 1247 de 21 de Octubre de 1905, sólo se deducirá de los intereses cuando las sumas que recauden provengan de cantidades que haya dado á mutuo, en los casos de la presente Ley.
