Ingresos de los Establecimientos Públicos. En el Presupuesto de Rentas y Recursos de Capital se identificarán y clasificarán por separado las rentas y recursos de los Establecimientos Públicos. Para estos efectos entiéndese por:

Rentas Propias . Todos los ingresos corrientes de los Establecimientos Públicos, excluidos los aportes y transferencias de la Nación.

Recursos de Capital ."Todos los recursos del crédito externo e interno con vencimiento mayor de un año, los recursos del balance, el diferencial cambiario, los rendimientos por operaciones financieras y donaciones.
