Del Presupuesto De 1960, Correspondiente A Las Cuotas De Fomento De Materias Primas De Orden Agropecuario De Que Trata La Ley 100 De 1957 Y El Decreto Número 1345 De 1959, Se Distribuirá Así: Parágrafo

Artículo segundo . La partida señalada en el artículo 2422 del presupuesto de 1960, correspondiente a las cuotas de fomento de materias primas de orden agropecuario de que trata la Ley 100 de 1957 y el Decreto número 1345 de 1959, se distribuirá así:

Parágrafo

Sin perjuicio del control fiscal que compete a la Contraloría General de la República, el Ministerio de Agricultura vigilará la inversión de los fondos a que hace referencia este artículo para lo cual los institutos y entidades encargados del fomento someterán anualmente al Ministerio el presupuesto respectivo para su aprobación.
