ARTICULO 8 o . Terminación de la Vinculación.- La supresión de un empleo o cargo como consecuencia de la reestructuración de la entidad y el reconocimiento de las pensiones de jubilación legales y convencionales, dará lugar a la terminación del vínculo legal y reglamentario de los empleados públicos.
