°. Efectos del Registro . El titular de la plantación registrada tendrá derecho al aprovechamiento del cultivo forestal o sistemas agroforestales con fines comerciales, sin limitaciones o restricciones por parte de alguna entidad pública, en los términos del artículo 4° de la Ley 1377 de 2010.
