Art. 11º En los juicios criminales en que la pena tenga relación con la cuantía, el Juez del conocimiento hará la reducción de ésta, para el solo efecto de la imposición de la pena corporal, guardando la proporción de veinte á uno, y la cantidad que resulte será la base para aplicar la pena corporal. Los avalúos deben hacerse en moneda legal.
