El Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público y el Departamento Nacional de Planeación podrán efectuar distribuciones dentro del proceso de ejecución presupuestal para la financiación de proyectos que se encuentran registrados en el Banco Único de Proyectos de Inversión Nacional, respetando su destinación y cuantía con el fin de promover la reactivación económica y el desarrollo territorial.
