Art. 19. Créase en el Departamento del Cauca un Juzgado de Circuito, denominado de Pereira, compuesto de los Distritos de Pereira, que será su cabecera, Santa Rosa, San Francisco, Villamaría y los caseríos de Palestina y Segovia.

Suprímese uno de los Juzgados que tiene el Circuito de Quindío, y el que queda conocerá de asuntos criminales y civiles.
