Los ciudadanos comprendidos en el artículo 41, numeral 17) de la Ley, que después de notificados demoren el pago de la Cuota de Compensación Militar una vez transcurridos los plazos legales que señala el artículo 38, serán sancionados por el respectivo funcionario de Hacienda Nacional, teniendo en cuentas las condiciones económicas del infractor.
