Apruébase, con las modificaciones que se expresas al fin, el contrato, celebrado por The Santa Marta Bailway Company Limited, por el cual se modifica en parte la tarifa de fletes de la Compañía y se establecen garantías á favor del anitivo de guineas, contrato que á la letra dice:

Los subscritos, á saber : Nemesio Camacho, Ministro de Obras Públicas, debidamente autorizado por el Excelentisimo señor Presidente de la República, en nombre del Gobierno, por una parte, que en el texto de este contrato se denominará el Gobierno: y Frack A.Koppel, apoderado legal de The Santa Marta Bailway Company Limited, por otra parte, que se llamará la Compañía, han celebrado el contrato contenido en las estipulaciones siguientes:
