Art. 1°. El precio que se fijará á los licores que denuncie cada tenedor de existencias en cada Municipio, y que está obligado el rematador á pagar, será el corriente en el mercado, según avalúo que efectuarán dos peritos principales, nombrados uno por el rematador y otro por el tenedor de las existencias; y por un tercero para el caso de discordia, elegido libremente por los dos principales. Este avalúo se hará en oro.
