Competencias Administrativas . Sin perjuicio de lo establecido en este decreto, las entidades que hacen parte de la Comisión Intersectorial de Gestión de las Estadísticas Vitales, ejercerán sus competencias sin sujeción a aprobaciones o autorizaciones previas de la misma.
