° Los organismos y entidades, que forman parte del Presupuesto General de la Nación, presentarán a la Dirección General del Presupuesto el anteproyecto del Programa Anual de Caja, a más tardar el 1° de noviembre de cada año. El Consejo Superior de Política Fiscal - Confis- lo aprobará antes del 15 de diciembre de cada año.
