Destínase la suma hasta de sesenta mil pesos ($ 60,000.00) para la construcción de los referidos puentes, suma que será incluida en el próximo Presupuesto de gastos de 1939, y en caso de no hacerlo, queda el Gobierno facultado para abrir un crédito extraordinario por tal suma.
