Cuando sea la parte civil quien denuncie bienes y pida el embargo o secuestro de ellos, deberá otorgar caución suficiente para garantizar los perjuicios que puedan causarse al procesado si apareciere que la acción fue temeraria, o a terceros si los bienes denunciados no resultaren de propiedad de aquél.
