Artículo primero. Aclarase parcialmente el artículo 2º del Decreto extraordinario 477 de 1978, en el sentido de que los cargos de Magistrado y Auxiliar de Magistrado, Grado 17, corresponderán a la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Ibagué y no a la Sala Laboral de dicho Tribunal, como allí se expresó.
