Cada uno de los Magistrados tendrá un Oficial Auxiliar de su libre nombramiento y remoción, pero dicho nombramiento no podrá recaer en quien tenga parentesco dentro del cuarto grado de consanguinidad o segundo de afinidad legítima con el Magistrado que lo nombra o con cualquiera otro de los Magistrados de la Corte.
