Ley 50 de 1964 · Por la cual se autoriza al Gobierno Nacional para elaborar estudios de un Canal Interoceánico

Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional, por el término de cinco (5) años, para elaborar directamente o por contrato, estudios de factibilidad técnica y económica y preparar diseños completos de un Canal Interoceánico por la Hoya del río Atrato y a través de la Serranía del Baudó.

Parágrafo

Los contratos que celebre el Gobierno en cumplimiento de este artículo, además de los requisitos legales vigentes, requerirán concepto previo favorable de la Comisión Asesora de Relaciones Exteriores.
