Destínase para la Academia Nacional de Historia el edificio denominado Salón de Grados , exceptuando las partes de aquél que se hallen actualmente ocupadas por la Biblioteca Nacional o para otras oficinas nacionales. La Academia podrá ocupar este local hasta que se disponga la reconstrucción del edificio.

Parágrafo

Cuando el Gobierno o las demás Academias o Sociedades científicas necesitaren el salón para actos públicos, la Academia lo pondrá a disposición de las entidades correspondientes.
