Artículo único . Una vez sancionada la presenta Ley, el Gobierno procederá a cancelar la escritura hipotecaria otorgada por el doctor Eduardo Espinosa Guzmán para asegurar el manejo del Consulado General de la República en el Imperio del Japón, de acuerdo con la sentencia de la Corte Suprema de Justicia que absolvió al doctor Espinosa Guzmán de los cargos formulados contra él a causa de la inversión de la cantidad de seis mil pesos y diez y siete centavos ($ 6.000-17) en gastos de representación, suma ésta que se legaliza por medio de la presente Ley.
