Determinadas las áreas rurales de difícil acceso, la secretaría de educación de la entidad territorial certificada definirá anualmente, mediante acto administrativo, las sedes de los establecimientos educativos estatales de la respectiva entidad territorial ubicadas en áreas rurales de difícil acceso.

Decreto 1171 de 2004 · por el cual se reglamenta el inciso 6° del artículo 24 de la Ley 715 de 2001 en lo relacionado con los estímulos para los docentes y directivos docentes de los establecimientos educativos estatales ubicados en áreas rurales de difícil acceso.
