A partir de la fecha de expedición del presente decreto, el funcionario que desempeñe el cargo de Defensor del Contribuyente y Usuario Aduanero de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, tendrá derecho a percibir en los mismos términos y condiciones la prima técnica señalada en el Decreto 1624 de 1991.
