Divisiones De La Parte Dispositiva

Divisiones de la parte dispositiva. Las disposiciones que integran la parte dispositiva de los decretos y resoluciones deberán ordenarse y agruparse de forma razonable de acuerdo con el objetivo del proyecto y el asunto concreto que cada una regula.

Cuando haya lugar a ello, la parte dispositiva se deberá subdividir en partes, títulos, capítulos, secciones y subsecciones, de acuerdo con el nivel de complejidad de los proyectos normativos, la diversidad de temas y los asuntos que se regulen. En las subdivisiones se deben agrupar lógica y razonablemente las disposiciones teniendo en cuenta el tema o asunto específico que regulen.
