TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo diez y nueve. El Departamento de Cundinamarca dará participación de un 50% a Bogotá sobre el aumento bruto de las rentas de cervezas que se obtenga de acuerdo con la tarifa del Decreto legislativo número 2838 de 1954. Esta participación se liquidará sobre total de los consumos, tanto en el territorio del Distrito Especial como en el del Departamento.

Parágrafo

El Distrito Especial continuará participando en las rentas departamentales como en 1954.
