El Fondo Nacional de Inversiones estará sujeto a la Inspección exclusivo de la Superintendencia Bancaria, y no estará obligado a contribuír al sostenimiento de ésta. Además, el Fondo se regirá por las normas sobre sociedades y fondos administradores de inversión en cuanto no se opongan a lo previsto en esta Ley. El Fondo Nacional de Inversiones tendrá un Revisor Fiscal nombrado por el Superintendente Bancario.
