Art. 299. La actuación en los juicios de amparo de pobreza se hará en papel común y sin cobrarse derecho de ninguna clase, á menos que se niegue el amparo, en cuyo caso será condenado el demandante en cotas y pagar una multa igual al valor del papel sellado que se debería haber invertido en la actuación, si en este papel se hubiera escrito por las partes.
