Vigencia y derogatorias . Este Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica parcialmente el artículo 49 de la Ley 190 de 1995 en cuanto suprime la presentación del informe trimestral y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial el Capítulo VI de la Ley 190 de 1995 y los artículos 2º. y 4º. del Decreto 1681 de 1997.
