º. El Director del Departamento Nacional de Planeación convocará mediante resolución a las Audiencias Públicas Consultivas de que trata el numeral cuarto del artículo 6º de la Ley 812 de 2003. Dichas audiencias se realizarán una por cada uno de los Departamentos de que trata el artículo 6º de la Ley 812 de 2003. En la resolución de convocatoria, se incluirá además de la fecha y lugar de celebración, la lista de los proyectos del respectivo departamento que se encuentran inscritos en el Banco de Proyectos de Inversión, BPIN, del Departamento Nacional de Planeación. Esta lista de proyectos será parte de la discusión en la Audiencia Pública Consultiva.
