El Gobierno procederá a desarrollar el plan de parcelaciones de que trata esta Ley, directamente o por intermedio de la caja de crédito agrario, industrial y minero, o de cualquiera otra institución similar.
Los contratos que a este efecto celebre el Gobierno con dichas instituciones, solo requerirán para su validez, la aprobación del consejo de Ministros.
