Recibido por el Consejo Profesional Nacional un expediente, por vía de apelación o consulta, aquel ordenará que se fije el asunto en lista por el término de diez (10) días con el objeto de que dentro de él los interesados presenten las pruebas y alegaciones que estimen pertinentes. Vencido este término, el Consejo decidirá el recurso dentro de los diez días siguientes.
