ARTICULO 3.1.6.2.17 .- REGIMEN DE CONTRATACIÓN. Los contratos que celebre la entidad encargada de administrar el Fondo del Seguro Obligatorio de Accidentes de Transito "Fonsat", para el desarrollo de los objetivos del mismo, se regirán por las normas del derecho privado, con excepción del contrato de empréstito, pata el cual deberá cumplir las disposiciones previstas en el decreto ley 222 de 1983 o en las normas que lo modifiquen.
