Para realizar las actividades a que se refiere el artículo anterior en edificaciones, productos almacenados o no, vehículos y área pública, los interesados deberán obtener licencia sanitaria de funcionamiento expedida por la Dirección Seccional de Salud respectiva, cumpliendo los requisitos contemplados en el capítulo correspondiente.
