EI Ministerio de Obras Públicas recibirá hasta quinientos kilómetros de carretera que el Departamento de Nariño ha construído y conservado con sus propios recursos, y que son vías de enlace a la red nacional de carreteras. Entre la Gobernación de Nariño y dicho Ministerio, se acordarán las carreteras que, a partir de la vigencia de esta Ley, estarán a cargo de la Nación para su conservación, reconstrucción, rectificación y ampliación necesarias.
