Funcionamiento de la Asamblea General de Accionistas y de la Junta Directiva durante el período de liquidación. En el período de liquidación la Asamblea General de Accionistas sesionará de manera ordinaria y extraordinaria, en los términos previstos en los estatutos y gozará de todas las facultades y atribuciones que sean compatibles con el estado de liquidación. La Junta Directiva funcionará como una junta asesora del liquidador.
