En desarrollo de la Ley 51 de 1936 el Gobierno procederá a terminar el acueducto de Armenia (Caldas), realizando las siguientes obras: construcción de la planta de purificación; suministro de los materiales para la red de distribución y mejoras en la conducción, para las cuales se destina la suma de cuatrocientos mil pesos ($ 400.000.00).
