El Gobierno Nacional incorporará en su presupuesto los recursos de que trata la presente Ley, de acuerdo con los programas que para el efecto someta a su consideración el Gobierno Municipal de Ginebra en los cuales deberá mostrarse un aporte local por lo menos equivalente al cuarenta por ciento (40%) del costo total de los mismos.
