La Sociedad de Mejoras Públicas de Cartagena continuará hasta su terminación, con la dirección de la obra del balneario de que trata la Ley 72 de 1928 , y dispondrá para ello de la totalidad de las sumas destinadas por dicha Ley para el balneario y estadium o campo deportivo en aquella ciudad.
