La oficina de Control de Cambios y Exportaciones concederá licencia para exportar plata procedente de las minas que se exploten dentro del país, siempre que el interesado acredite con certificados de las casas de Moneda que tales barras proceden efectivamente de las minas y que se cumplan en esas exportaciones los demás requisitos vigentes sobre control de cambios.
