Componentes elegibles. Los recursos que apropie la Nación en dinero y en especie para cofinanciar un sistema de servicio público de transporte masivo de pasajeros estarán dirigidos a obras civiles, superestructura, equipos y otros costos siempre y cuando se destinen únicamente para atender el costo de los componentes del Sistema Integrado de Transporte Masivo. En todo caso, los aportes de la Nación no se podrán utilizar para el mantenimiento, operación y administración del sistema público de transporte masivo de pasajeros.
