Recaudo y ejecución de recursos del Sistema de Cuenta Única Nacional . Las respectivas entidades estatales y sus correspondientes órganos de administración o dirección serán los responsables del recaudo, clasificación y ejecución de sus recursos propios, administrados y de los fondos especiales que sean trasladados al Sistema de Cuenta Única Nacional.
