º. La tarifa de copias de telegramas será la que en seguida se expresa: ordinarios, dos centavos por palabra; urgentes, en clave, idioma extranjero o lenguaje convenido, tres centavos por palabra. De prensa, veinte centavos por cada grupo de cien palabras o fracción, cualquiera que sea el idioma o la calidad del mensaje, y diez centavos por cada grupo adicional de cincuenta palabras o fracción.
