La Nación procederá a construir y dotar convenientemente los Sanatorios-colonias especiales que estime conveniente para el mejor tratamiento de los enfermos de la lepra, gastos Sanatorios serán construidos por el Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social, en lugares apropiados y conforme a planos que elabore el Departamento de Ingeniería Sanitaria de dicho Ministerio.
