El propietario, socio, gerente, director o responsable de las actividades realizadas en los lugares incluidos en el artículo 159 de esta Ley, donde se realicen espectáculos teatrales o musicales, responderán solidariamente con el organizador del espectáculo, por las violaciones a los derechos de autor que tengan efecto en dichos locales.
