y 3º., de la presente Ley, serán atendidas para su conservación por el Distrito de Carreteras Nacionales de Nariño, con las partidas globales que se destinan por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas para la conservación de las carreteras de este Distrito.

Parágrafo

A partir del 1º. de enero de 1964, el Distrito de Carreteras de Nariño tendrá una partida no inferior a quince millones de pesos.
