Habrá en la capital de la República un Inspector Médico Escolar, encargado de la inspección médica de los Colegios nacionales, departamentales o de particulares, y que tendrá las funciones que le impone el Acuerdo número 13, expedido por la Junta Central de Higiene sobre higiene de las escuelas y colegios, y las demás que le señale la Dirección Nacional de Higiene. Este empleado gozará de una asignación mensual de ciento veinte pesos ($120).
