Derecho de postulación . Las personas que hayan de comparecer a los trámites reglamentados por el presente decreto podrán hacerlo por sí mismas, por medio de sus representantes legales, o por conducto de apoderado o abogado legalmente autorizado. De igual manera, podrán comparecer todos los herederos reconocidos, cónyuge o compañero sobreviviente.
