De la repetición de la elección. La elección deberá repetirse cuando la votación total no represente el sesenta por ciento (60#-) de los empleados con derecho a voto. En la nueva votación bastará el cincuenta por ciento (50%) de los empleados con derecho a sufragar y si no se alcanzare dicho porcentaje, el jefe de la entidad designará el representante de los empleados.
