º . Modifícase el artículo 2 º del Decreto 1604 de 2003, el cual quedará así: " ARTICULO 2 º . DURACION DEL PROCESO DE LIQUIDACION Y TERMINACION DE LA EXISTENCIA LEGAL DE LA ENTIDAD. El proceso liquidatorio de la Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Maicao - Telemaicao S.A. E. S. P. en Liquidación el cual fue prorrogado mediante Decreto 1927 de 2005, se extenderá hasta el 31 de enero del año 2006. Vencido el término de liquidación señalado o declarada la terminación del proceso liquidatorio con anterioridad a la finalización de dicho plazo, terminará para todos los efectos la existencia jurídica de la Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Maicao - Telemaicao S.A. E.S.P. en Liquidación".
